I have one ScreenPlay Pro HD , there is any way to solve network speed issue , also some time i need to reset the network hub to get the connection again with ScreenPlay Pro HD (i tired with more then one hub and get the same problme) unsigned post from 126.96.36.199 12:26,28 May 2009 (UTC)

I bought a Screen Play Pro HD 1TB device in June. My REC folder was "read only". I was not able to record video on the drive. I upgraded firmware to 1.8. Now, I am able to record. I am able to connect multiple computers and play video simultaneously on TV and computers.
The intetd.conf file is read-only. I could not change the permission on it to allow telnet access. I connected the device to Laptop running Ubantu. Any idea how to get around this issue?
How can I find the firmware version of my screenplay pro HD ? when I log in with telnet, I only have BusyBox V1.1.3 ....
