Warning: This is a change in the Linux OS of the ScreenPlay Pro HD. Iomega may consider this a reason to void your warranty if do any of the actions listed. It is possible to mess up the operating system enough to make it no longer function. If you make these changes, you do so at your own risk.
Note: Iomega has provided a firmware update program that will restore the drive's firmware and operating system files.
These instructions are for the R1.0 firmware. There will be slight differences in later version of the firmware. R1.8 firmware is confirmed to have up to 4 connections and processes already.

Go to the Path of smb.conf |
Type vi smb.conf |
Start the Editor VI with the smb.conf |
search 'max connection = 2' | |
Press the letter i | to get the Edit mode |
set the value of max connetion to 5 | means 5 Connections |
Search 'max smbd processes = 1' | |
set the value to 5 | means 5 processes to the Screnplay |
Press ESC key | to Leave Edit Mode |
Press : key | |
Type wq and press enter | To write and quit |
Type /bin/mount -no remount,ro /dev/root |
Make the Filesystem Read only |
Type exit | Close the telnet connection |
Reboot the ScreenPlay |
